Hong Kong offers a captivating contrast between the bustling city life and moments of tranquility. The city’s vibrant energy is palpable in every image, with its busy markets, neon-lit streets, and towering skyscrapers. The fast-paced lifestyle of the residents is clearly visible. The interplay of light and shadow adds depth and drama to the images. Yet, there is plenty of calm to be found amidst the chaos. Serene moments can be found in quiet parks, on the tram, and along the roads.
I photograph based on feeling and intuition to find order in this chaos. I capture passersby in the hustle and bustle of the metropolis, creating an image of transience and stillness.
