Project ‘I’ - 2022

In this project, I explore how I relate to the people in my environment. I have asked my close social network of family and friends how they see me. The self-portraits are my free, artistic, and photographic visual translation of the literal descriptions from my family and friends. I have created images with myself at the center. Through this project, I connect myself to how different people see me in an attempt to bring order out of chaos. With these portraits, I celebrate life in the year that I turn fifty-five and am surrounded by many beautiful people who look at me with more compassion than I look at myself.
